已經不是第一次幫襯這家租車公司，感覺挺滿意的，車子較新，辦理手續時間短，唯獨這次取車在LGA機場，那個黑人女服務員搞來搞去，浪費很多時間都搞不掂，又說駕照地址怎麼怎麼・_・?後來出來一經理，十秒搞掂，還車在JFK機場，那效率很快，不到一分鐘就OK。
租租車的價格有競爭力，而且是中文界面又有客服，真心不錯，值得推薦一下。

服務不好，全是黑人工作，效率很慢
Overall, It is a pleasant rental experience. Well, Thriftyand Dollar share the same place in LGA. They are lack of staffs. I saw the lady was running back and forth to get things done. But the line is still long... I ended up getting a dodge Charger with additional 20 bucks as a suggested upgrade.
