解釋清楚

取車時間花費越餓1小時，有點長。網上預定的車型沒有，也不做解釋，直接降檔給了另外一輛。在要求給出解釋時，只簡單說沒有預定的車了。最後沒辦法，只能接受下一檔的車，少收了點油費。但車小了，確實給我帶來不便-行李箱不太夠用。
一切滿意。
發現它的車輛有問題，馬上給我換了一輛豐田車。
租租車網站使用很方便，我在國外租車經常使用它。
英國駛車，駕駛座在右邊，剛開始時有個適應過程。
