So, here's what happened. On February 10th, I returned my rental car (license plate RMJ958) at the international counter of Auckland Airport around 5:00 PM. Later that evening, at about 9:30, I suddenly realized I had left my phone holder in the car. I rushed back to the counter and asked about it. A really kind and lovely lady at the front desk took down all my details. The car had already been moved to their storage area, but by 10:30, she managed to retrieve it for me! She was incredibly help
