When we arrived Auckland airport, I called the rental office. A van was waiting for us at the Terminal. We were brought to the rental office to pick up the car. It was quick and easy.
The car is neat and tidy. However, there was no reverse camera only has radar. It must be careful when reversing.

提供的車，內部沒有清洗過，車門關一晚，就是一股臭味。租租車對這家供應商沒有掌控能力，被租車行玩耍了半天。從下訂單租車行出現BUG讓我補費用開始，一路各種問題。這家車行太惡劣了。
租租車，你不應該引進這種不合格的供應商。來坑害我們消費者，你們一路服務態度是很好，但是不專業，不專業。遇到問題都是聽車行的，提前7天收我的車，還不退我的費用，還車不給我還車單，都是你們口頭和他溝通的。最後還要收我清潔費。
