用戶對Budget夏洛特機場店的評價

對Budget的評價 ★☆☆☆☆

Terrible experience at Avis Ontario Airport. The employee refused my valid U.S. driver’s license and told me to switch to an international license on the booking platform. After I updated it, he claimed my name had not updated in their system. Five of us waited nearly two hours, but no solution was provided and we still could not rent a car. The repeated obstacles felt unfair and possibly discriminatory.
