I had a very positive experience using this car rental app as a foreigner in China. The app is very user-friendly and convenient, not only for Chinese citizens but also for foreign users.
What I appreciated most was that I was able to complete the full payment for both the car rental and the insurance directly through the app. This made the whole process feel clear, transparent, and safe. I did not need to worry about arriving at the car rental shop and being asked to pay extra.
The rental car service was really good. The staff were friendly and helpful, with no extra questions or complicated paperwork. They gave me a nice, clean car with no unpleasant smell.
The air conditioning worked very well, which is very important in summer. Pick-up and drop-off were also very fast and smooth, taking only a few minutes, without any extra paperwork.
