客服比較給力，現場取車的時候有個保險的疑問，撥通電話就解答了！
1. 開車一定要小心，紅綠燈口前要注意看！
2. 高速公路很寬，車道很多，一邊就有6-8車道，要認準路口。錯過一個，又要繞圈回來！
3. 任何時候都不要留貴重物品在車上，最好鎖車尾箱！

Not a long queue. The service is ok. And the counter is easy to find.
The customer services are quite helpful. I was late to pick up my car and the customer service representative helped me contact Avis and retain my car until my arrival.
