對租租車的評價：
It's conviniece. But the car taking place is a little bit difference as description information on internet when i booked the car. When i renting the car it shows 500m from the red squre, but the actually place if far away from the red square. It's a little bit difficult to find the place to take the car.

對AVIS的評價：
到莫斯科機場很容易找到avis門市，一個瘦高的俄羅斯小夥子，會流利英語。所租的車型tiguan沒有，一開始換了個斯柯達，但是檢查的時候發現那車的玻璃控制失靈，現場又沒有其他合適的車子。小夥子聯繫莫斯科市內的門市，看高峰時間接近，讓我先開車去酒店，他讓同事給換了一輛新的奔馳suv，開到酒店給我換車。怕我們不會出機場的閘口，還開車把我們送到閘口附近演示給我看後，得知我明白了才離開。我們剛到酒店，還在辦入住呢，他同事已經開車到了，順利換完車。自駕途中前擋風玻璃被石子打裂，回來告知門市前臺後驗車和結算都很快。
對租租車的評價：
租租車的全險非常好，我們車輛出險後，回國理賠快捷方便，贊一個。
自駕心得：
國外租車很方便，取車驗車時要仔細，還車時要加滿油，洗車，否則可能有額外費用產生。
